Providence Home Services Oregon is seeking a Weekend on-site Nurse Manager to lead a clinical program, supervise staff, and coordinate care for patients and families served by the hospice interdisciplinary team. You will identify best practices for care and collaborate with community resources and health care providers serving patients with life-threatening illness.

This will be a Weekend on site position, hours to be determined upon hire.
This position serves as the manager of a clinical program and provides staff supervision and coordination for the care provided to patients and their families served by a designated hospice interdisciplinary team. This position is responsible for identifying 'best practices' for care. As well, this position may network with community resources and consult with community health care providers serving patients with life threatening illness.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
