Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend home visits in the Charlotte area. The role supports adult and geriatric clients across Mecklenburg and Union counties, with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules.

Responsibilities include following care plans, administering medications and wound care, monitoring patient conditions, documenting orders, and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary; case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations and interventions using EMR.
• Provide high-quality home health care with compassion and reliability.
