BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Charlotte Senior Living home health visit team in North Carolina. This per diem role supports Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and Union counties, with 2-3 visits per week and an emphasis on independent clinical decision making.

You’ll perform head-to-toe assessments, manage acute and post-acute care needs, and conduct medication reconciliation and wound care documentation.

Formación

• Active nursing license in good standing in MA.
• Experience in adult/geriatric care settings in acute, home health, or rehab.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in home settings.
• Triaging urgent clinical situations and making real-time decisions.
• Reconcile medications and ensure patient safety.
• Wound assessment, care, and accurate documentation.
