Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Texas is seeking a Full-time weekend RN to provide skilled home health care to patients. Weekend requirements include Saturday and Sunday coverage with flexible scheduling.

You will administer skilled nursing services, educate patients and families, and follow the physician's plan of care. Candidates must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education, hold an active RN license in the state, have at least one year of licensed professional experience,

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• CPR certification for the healthcare provider is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care (POC).
