Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time weekend RN to provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting. Weekend schedule is required, with Saturday and Sunday commitments.

The RN will administer skilled services, educate patients and families, and follow the physician’s orders and the plan of care. A valid state license and CPR certification are required, with 1+ year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
