Job summary

Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) to serve East Hillsborough County, FL. This PRN position offers autonomy, a flexible schedule, and 1:1 patient care in the home. Weekends off? The ad says no weekends required; includes flex options.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Complete documentation using AI-assisted tools.
