Job summary

Concierge Home Care seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 in-home nursing care in West Hillsborough County, FL 33626. This PRN role offers a pay-per-visit model and the opportunity to build a flexible schedule, especially with Saturdays and Sundays coverage.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, coordinate with physicians, and document care using AI-assisted tools. Mileage reimbursement is available, with growth and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Complete documentation using AI-assisted tools.
• Flexible employment options: Full-time, modified, and PRN.
