Job summary
Adoration Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time, weekends-only role in Elizabethtown, NC. This home health position offers 1:1 patient care with team support and opportunities for advancement within a growing company.
Must have an RN license (Assoc. or Bachelors), at least one year of nursing experience in a patient-care setting, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification. Adoration Health is an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services.
Qualifications
- Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with current unrestricted license in applicable state
- One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; home health/geriatrics preferred
- Valid driver’s license, driving record, and proof of car insurance as per policy
- New graduates may be considered in select markets
- Current CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
- Create home health care plans per MD orders and patient goals
- Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions
- Provide pain and symptom management
- Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch
