Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health RN to deliver 1:1 care in Lenoir, NC. You will assess patients, plan and provide care per MD orders, and educate families while working with a supportive team.

The role requires RN licensure in-state, CPR, and a valid driver's license, with a schedule of Mon, Wed, and Fri, 8am–5pm, offering stability and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice with no encumbrances.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance per Adoration policy.
• CPR certification is required.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients' families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
