Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited college of nursing.

• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders.
• Direct nursing care including administering medications and treatments.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
