Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Elizabethtown, NC. You will provide expert, patient-centered care in patients' homes within Brunswick County coverage, with a Monday-Friday, 8a-5p schedule and a supportive, team-focused work environment.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, creating care plans, administering treatments, educating families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with current, unrestricted state license.
• Minimum one year of nursing practice; home health, geriatrics or related settings preferred.
• Valid driver's license, driving record, and insurance as per Adoration policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
