Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least one year of nursing experience to provide one-on-one patient care in a private home in Waverly, Ohio. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday day shifts, 10–12 hours per shift, with an optional additional weekday shift.

This role emphasizes independent work, strong clinical judgment, and effective communication with families and the clinical team.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current, active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home according to physician orders and plan of care.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Communicate changes in the patient’s condition to the RN supervisor and physician.
• Educate family members on care, medications, and safety.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care.
• Promote patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
