Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one patient care in a private home setting in Waverly, Ohio. • Current, active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

• Previous home health or private duty nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home according to the physician's orders and established plan of care.
• Perform nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, and observe changes in the patient's condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate changes in the patient's condition to the RN supervisor and physician as appropriate.
• Educate and support family members regarding the patient's care, medications, and safety.

As a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse, Here's What You'll Do:
