Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Ohio is seeking an LPN for weekend day shifts to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care. This role requires at least one year of nursing experience and an active LPN license in Ohio. The position offers Saturday and Sunday day shifts (10–12 hours) with an option for an additional weekday shift.

You will perform assessments, administer medications, document care, and educate families while collaborating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current, active LPN license in the state of Ohio (or eligible).
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home per physician orders and plan of care.
• Monitor vital signs and observe changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and communicate changes to supervisors.
