Job summary

Klarus Home Health is seeking a compassionate RN for PRN admissions at patient homes in the Fort Worth, TX area. You will perform admissions, assess care needs, and coordinate with the care team and referring agencies while traveling locally.

Two years of RN clinical experience with one year in home health is required, along with active Texas RN licensure and CPR certification. Weekend availability and strong infection control skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Texas (or eligibility) and current CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/Associate/Bachelor).
• Minimum 2 years RN clinical experience and 1 year home health experience.
• Knowledge of OASIS required.
• Ability to travel locally and work a flexible weekend schedule.

Responsibilities
