BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Admissions for Parma, Ohio. The role is full-time with a weekend schedule (Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday) focusing on admission duties and per-visit patient care in the Northeast Ohio area.

The ideal candidate will have an OH RN license, 1 year of clinical experience, and the ability to travel to cases. EMR proficiency and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• One year of recent clinical experience (medical/surgical) preferred.
• OH RN license required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan for each patient.
• Perform home visits and administer medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document observations and orders accurately using EMR on a tablet.
