Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Full Time Weekend Admissions Registered Nurse to support adult and geriatric clients in Northeast Ohio. You will conduct home visits, follow care plans, administer medications, and coordinate case management to ensure quality 1:1 care.

The role requires OH RN license, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and travel to cases. Home health experience is preferred; EMR skills are a plus. BAYADA offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold OH RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to travel to cases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan and visit patients.
• Administer medications and provide wound care as needed.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to the supervisor.
• Document doctors' orders and patient assessments.
• Coordinate case management and care coordination.
• Document observations using a touch‑pad tablet.
