Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A drivers for a Midwest regional, no-touch freight role with home weekends. You must have 8 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience and be able to run nights. Trucks are new Freightliner/Kenworth T-680, with modern amenities and a rider option from day one.

You’ll earn $0.67-$0.71 CPM plus safety bonuses and a sign-on bonus up to $1,500. Benefits start after 60 days, including medical/dental/life, 401(k), and more. No NY deliveries.

Qualifications

• 8+ months OTR or Regional in last 3 years, with winter driving experience
• No more than 3 CMV moving violations in 3 years, no serious violations
• No DOT preventable accidents in 3 years
• No NY pickups/deliveries; home weekends required
• No more than 4 driving jobs in last 12 months

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch dry van freight on Midwest regional routes
• Home weekends for 48 hours; possible night driving
• Maintain safe operation and comply with DOT regulations
• Deliver/collect per posted lanes; no NY state work
• Take the truck home on weekends; support rider on board from day one
