Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A drivers for a Midwest Regional schedule with home every weekend for 48 hours. Earns $1620–$2020 per week, with benefits, bonuses, and modern trucks. No-touch freight and favorable pay structure, including CPM.

Rider allowed from day one. Night driving required across the Midwest and Northeast, excluding New York state/city deliveries. Requirements include 8+ months of recent OTR/Regional experience, winter-condition months, limited violations, and a clean safety record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years.
• Two of those months must have occurred in winter conditions (Dec/Jan/Feb).
• No more than 3 moving violations in CMV in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last year; no serious violations in the last 3 years.
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years and no more than 3 parking lot incidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months.
• May not have been terminated from any driving job in the last 12 months; no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years.
