Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A drivers for Midwest Regional runs with weekend home time. Drivers have 8 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience and run no-touch dry van, with night driving common. Trucks are newer models; benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, life insurance, 401K matching, and more.

Rider allowed from day one. Earn $0.67–$0.71 per mile plus safety bonuses and a sign-on bonus up to $1,500.

Qualifications

• 8 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years.
• Home weekly for 48 hours, no touch freight.
• Two of those months running in Winter Conditions (Dec, Jan or Feb).
• Maximum of 3 moving violations in CMV in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last year with no serious violations in the last three years.
• No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last 3 years and no more than 3 parking lot incidents in the last two years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months.
• May not have been terminated from any driving job for any reason in the last 12 months and no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years.
