Job summary

Lifeline Homecare Inc. in Bardstown, KY is seeking CareGivers to join our in-home team. We provide non-medical care to help clients stay at home with dignity and independence, and we’ve been serving Kentuckians since 1989.

We offer $14–$16 per hour, on-demand pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and progressive increases with training milestones. Eligible caregivers can build PTO, a 401(k) with company match, and steady meaningful work with a supportive supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect.
• Read, write, and comprehend written and oral instructions.
• Possess reliable transportation with adequate liability insurance and driver's license.
• Negative TB test and undergo annual screening.
• Pass a criminal background check including Nurse's Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-medical activities of daily living - cooking, cleaning, chores, personal care, transportation, etc.
• Report any suspected incident of abuse or neglect immediately to supervisor.
• Maintain professional appearance per company policy.
• Utilize mobile application to clock in and out and maintain/enter detailed daily care notes.
