Job summary

Fedelta Home Care in Seattle is seeking a dedicated caregiver to follow each client’s individualized care plan, providing daily living assistance in the client’s home or care facility. You will help with ADLs, mobility, and companionship while ensuring quality, dignity, and safety.

The role requires a Washington CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credential (or ability to obtain) and at least six months’ experience, reliable transportation, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credential and minimum six months of industry-related experience.
• Current Washington State CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credential in good standing or ability to obtain within WA state timelines.
• RN Delegation certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow client care plans as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal prep, mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting independence.
