Endurance Home Care is seeking compassionate Care Professionals for per diem shifts across weekday, night, evening, and weekend slots. Drivers with a car and CNA, PCA or HHA licenses are required. This role offers flexible scheduling and direct deposit pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional CNA/HHA/PCA experience.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Willingness to commute within Fairfield County, CT.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
• Safety supervision and mobility assistance to prevent falls.
• Assistance with activities of daily living.
• Transport clients to errands and appointments.
• Medication reminders and prescription assistance.
• Adhere to care plans and report changes to the Care Team.
• Support health-related appointments and trainings.
