Job summary

Fedelta Home Care in Seattle seeks a Caregiver/Driver with a flexible weekday schedule. You will perform in-home care duties including ADLs, transportation, and companionship, following individualized care plans.

Requires active WA CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credentials, six months of experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to obtain certifications. We offer supportive team, local travel, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credential in good standing.
• Minimum six months industry-related experience.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain required certification within WA timelines.
• RN Delegation certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow client care plan under supervision by In-Home Care Supervisor or Manager.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) as directed by care plan.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands as required.
• Maintain client records and document time worked for scheduled shifts.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly client environment.
• Provide emotional and social support and companionship to clients.
