Cheer Home Care, LLC in Kentucky is seeking a Scheduler to work in the office on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.

to 5:30 p.m., coordinating client-caregiver matches and supporting the recruiting team to ensure high‑quality care. The ideal candidate has a upbeat personality, 2+ years in home care and scheduling, strong relationship-building, and solid computer, organizational, and communication skills; willingness to pass live scan and TB tests, with bonus potential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of home care experience preferred.
• 2+ years of scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Match clients with caregivers to ensure the best fit.
• Coordinate with recruiting team to find well‑matched caregivers.
• Schedule staff to meet client requirements and monitor staffing levels.
• Resolve scheduling issues quickly while upholding care standards.
• Maintain effective communication with caregivers, families and Cheer Care Managers.
