Brooksby Village, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking licensed RNs for weekend home care in Peabody, MA. The RN will implement and monitor resident care plans, coordinate with physicians, family, and the Home Support team.

This per diem weekend role offers benefits including medical/dental/vision packages, PTO, 401k with 3% match, onsite clinics, and meal discounts, with pay of $45/hr weekdays and $48/hr weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience as an RN.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per plan of care in home setting.
• Develop and supervise personalized service plans with residents and family.
• Observe resident conditions and communicate with physician and family.
• Oversee care delivered by Home Support team.
