Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking Registered Nurses for Home Care in Peabody, Massachusetts. As an RN, you will provide nursing care according to established policies and procedures, develop and oversee individualized service plans for residents, and communicate with the care team. A minimum of 6 months’ RN experience is required, along with basic computer skills and a preference for those with senior care experience. The role offers competitive pay at $45/hr on weekdays and $48/hr on weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience as an RN.
• Experience in caring for seniors and/or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with residents and families to develop and implement a service plan.
• Communicate changes in the resident’s condition.
• Ensure individualized plan is implemented and followed.
• Deliver nursing care as outlined in the plan.
