Saint Elizabeth Home Care in Rhode Island seeks a Skilled Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one in-home care on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays or Saturdays/Sundays/Mondays. This part-time role offers 24 hours per week with flexible weekend scheduling.

The RN will perform admissions, revisits, and discharges, deliver patient assessments and education, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A Rhode Island RN license and CPR are required, with reliable transportation and a valid

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience, home care experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to drive to patient homes throughout Rhode Island.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, current clean driver's license, automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a one-on-one home setting throughout Rhode Island.
• Conduct skilled nursing visits including admissions, revisits and discharges.
• Perform assessments and education for patients and families.
