Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking a compassionate caregiver in NE Palm Bay for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday). The role includes daytime and night-time support, personal care, mobility help, light housekeeping, and clear communication with family and staff.

The ideal candidate holds an active FL HHA or CNA license, current First Aid and CPR, and passes Level 2 AHCA background screening. Hoyer experience is required for this position.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate or CNA Licence in Florida (Active)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• TB negative in last 6 months
• Level 2 background screening through AHCA clearinghouse
• Hoyer experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming) as needed
• Help with mobility and provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, meal prep)
• Maintain accurate care logs and communicate with family or staff
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
