Job summary

Advocate Health Milw South Shared Services is seeking a part-time security officer to provide patient-centered security services with professionalism and compassion. You will patrol interior and exterior areas, monitor access, and respond to incidents while upholding safety policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in security or public safety, and certifications such as CHSO and Stop the Bleed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in security, public safety, or customer service.
• CHSO and Stop the Bleed certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services with a customer-service approach and enforce policies.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols, identify hazards, and monitor access.
• Assist with de-escalation and respond to emergencies and incidents.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders as needed.
• Maintain training in safety, de-escalation, and use-of-force procedures.
