Job summary

Green Valley Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR, part of Volare Health, seeks a dependable Receptionist for Saturdays and Sundays 8am-4:30pm. Pay is $21.67/hr + DOE. Responsibilities include front-desk duties, light typing, and coordinating basic office tasks to keep operations smooth.

The role requires clear verbal communication, a positive, professional presence, and basic MS Office skills. Prior administrative experience is a plus; drug screen and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate verbally in a positive and professional manner.
• Must relate positively to residents' families and work cooperatively with staff.
• Must read, write, and follow directions in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn company software.
• Must pass drug screening, background check, and references.
• Related administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer multiple-line telephones.
• Greet the public, may assist with marketing.
• May assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll, distribution of mail, accounts payable, and personnel files.
• Attend orientation, training, educational activities, and staff meetings.
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities as assigned.
• Assist with admissions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
