Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Provide information and assistance to residents, families and staff as needed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility security and safety policies.
• Assist with clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
• Support various departments and administrative tasks as assigned.
