Westerman, Inc. is seeking a welder in Catoosa, OK, to operate and set up advanced welding equipment. You will ensure products meet specifications, minimize scrap, and maintain safety standards in a safety-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities include planning procedures, inspecting finished work, adjusting machines, and participating in process improvements while coordinating with other departments. This is an on-site position with a typical Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• AWS/ANSI weld certification is required.
• 2+ years welding experience with MIG/TIG/flux-core.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.

Responsibilities

• Plan working procedures.
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformance.
• Safely operate advanced welding equipment.
• Set up and adjust welding machines as needed.
• Participate in process improvements to increase safety and quality.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain production averages and coordinate with departments.
