You will set up the machine, monitor performance, and coordinate with quality control to minimize downtime and maintain strict quality standards. A strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating Haeger machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret production orders, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haeger machines according to production specifications.
