The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts. The position offers competitive wages starting at $23.25/hour along with a $2,000 signing bonus and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust process equipment in a safe manner.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Produce quality products that meet specifications.
• Load bulk trucks and railcars as per customer orders.
