The Jor-Mac Company in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Weekend Shift Haeger Machine Operator. The role involves setting up Haeger machines, monitoring performance, and maintaining quality during a Friday–Sunday shift from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

The WeekendShift Haeger Machine Operator (Friday-Sunday, 6:30am-6:30pm) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining Haeger machines to produce high-quality components efficiently and safely.

This position is responsible for setting up the machine, monitoring performance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output and consistent product quality. The operator works closely with quality control and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.

Schedule

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating Haeger machines or similar manufacturing equipment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret production orders, blueprints, and technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment on a Weekend shift schedule
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
