Job summary

The Jor-Mac Company Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is hiring for a 2nd shift Haeger Machine Operator (Mon–Thu, 4:30 PM–2:30 AM). Set up, operate, and tune Haeger machines to produce high-quality components safely and efficiently.

This role emphasizes attention to safety, teamwork with QC and maintenance, and maintaining accurate production records for daily output and continuous improvement. Eligible new hires receive a $1,250 sign-on bonus and a $4.00 per hour shift premium.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating Haeger machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read production orders, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haeger machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the shift.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Identify and report mechanical issues or defects promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate with supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure product compliance.
