Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming families and check them into St. Jude housing facilities according to procedure.
• Assist residents with housing needs to ensure a comfortable experience.
• Control access to the house and lounge areas and greet visitors.
• Answer inquiries and provide directions for shopping, dining, entertainment and travel.
• Submit monthly guest counts and update census in PMS systems.
