St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Representative to join the Housing and Patient Services team in Memphis. The role supports families, checks them in to facilities, and handles front desk operations.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least one year in a service-oriented environment. Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional 1st/2nd shift coverage is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Greet incoming families and check them into housing facilities per procedure.
Assist residents with facility-related needs and housing requests to ensure comfort and safety.
Control access and greet/process visitors.
Answer inquiries and provide directions for shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel.
Log shift reports and provide regular updates on guest arrivals/departures.
Provide interpretative services as needed for families.
Maintain front desk, lobby, and lounge areas and restock supplies.
Handle phone activity and relay messages with accurate information.
Receive and distribute deliveries to families; manage census updates in PMS systems.
Enforce house policies and de-escalate issues; coordinate with House Manager.
