Job summary

RT Industries in Troy, OH is seeking a part-time employee working every other weekend with various shifts. The role pays $13.00 per hour and involves snow shoveling, snowblower operation, mowing with a riding mower, and general janitorial/grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities include cleaning interior areas, maintaining outdoor spaces, training and supervising clients, and coordinating with staff. Background check and drug test are required; valid driver’s license with clean record is needed;

Qualifications

• Must pass a satisfactory background check.
• Must pass a post-offer drug test.
• Must be able to lift, bend and be mobile throughout the shift.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving abstract.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior lobby, service area, and restrooms.
• Maintain grounds including mowing, trimming, leaves and snow removal.
• Provide training and supervision of clients in janitorial tasks and proper use of equipment.
• Communicate with supervisor and Supported Employment staff to develop training programs.
• Ensure safe use of custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Perform final inspections of locations after duties are completed.
