Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a part-time weekend receptionist for Hackett Hill in Manchester, NH. The role offers 10 hours per week with flexible shift options (8-1, 9-2, 10-3, 11-4, etc.).

You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, handling calls, greetings and basic clerical tasks. Responsibilities include mail handling, updating patient/resident lists, and assisting with supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and well-being of patients and visitors.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
• Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
• Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by names/phone extension.
• Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
