Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate for a Saturday and Sunday shift in the West Palm Beach area. You will greet residents, verify guests, and monitor security systems while maintaining daily logs and records.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and adherence to emergency procedures and access control policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greets and directs Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
