Massage Envy Midtown West is seeking an energetic, dependable, and sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate to join our weekend team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences while working in a fast-paced wellness environment.

The Front Desk Sales Associate serves as the first and last point of contact for our guests. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in clients, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, maximizing the appointment book, processing transactions, maintaining accurate client records, and keeping the front desk organized and welcoming.

A strong focus of this role is educating guests about Massage Envy memberships, services, enhancements, skincare, red light therapy, and Aescape robotic massage. Associates are expected to confidently recommend services, convert prospective guests into members, support retail sales, and work toward individual and team sales goals.

Qualified candidates should have previous sales or customer-service experience, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Experience working in a spa, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based business is preferred.

Applicants must have reliable weekend availability, including Saturdays and Sundays. Additional Friday or Monday availability is a plus. Reliability, professionalism, punctuality, and comfort using scheduling and point-of-sale technology are essential.
