Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking a warm, organized Part-Time Saturday Receptionist for our Sales Department. Saturdays, 7:30 AM – 6 PM, with pay of $15-16/hour and potential for additional hours.

This position offers steady weekend work in a professional, customer-focused dealership environment with a supportive team and opportunities to learn the front desk and dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls, or take clear messages.
• Communicate with customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and inviting coffee bar area; offer light refreshments.
• Assist with light administrative tasks and dealership support as needed.
• Follow receptionist processes and maintain a polished front desk presence.
