Hcshiring is seeking a part-time Weekend Receptionist to welcome residents and staff, conduct health screenings, and direct visitors. You will provide clerical support and ensure confidentiality while helping with payroll and new hire paperwork.

Bilingual preferred but not required; you should be able to stand, lift up to 30 pounds, and communicate in English. This role offers a friendly team and meaningful work in elder care.

• Direct individuals to the appropriate office, resident room, or area
• Answer the telephone promptly and direct calls appropriately
• Provide clerical support to all departments
• Maintain strict confidentiality with personnel, residents, and management issues
• Respects resident dignity and promotes resident rights
• Assists with bookkeeping and reporting functions as assigned
• Accurately maintains payroll for the community. Ensures that all employees are paid correctly and timely
• Completes new hire paperwork for all new employees. Ensures paperwork is completed accurately to company standards
• Completes all account payable functions for the community
• Maintains personnel records, background checks, E-verify and I-9’s for the community
