Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused approach and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
• Deal with guest concerns or issues to ensure timely satisfaction.
• Post guest charges and handle payments per policy.
• Manage guest mail/messages with respect to privacy.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel programs and promotions.
• Communicate guest comments to relevant departments.
