Responsabilités

• Answers phone calls and directs them to the appropriate personnel.
• Welcomes visitors and provides tours when applicable.
• Performs clerical functions as assigned by Administrator or Business Office Manager.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe and other reporting formats.
• Prepares written and oral reports as requested.
• Attends meetings as required.
