QSL Management's The Barclay of St. Augustine is seeking a Concierge for part-time weekend shifts from 7am to 7pm. You will deliver hospitality to residents, guests, and staff, serving as the first impression and handling front desk duties.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of office/reception experience, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience with older adults is preferred, with flexibility for weekend work and holiday coverage.

• Two years of general office/reception experience.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Professional with good grammar and pleasant voice.
• Ability to mult-task and handle interruptions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high level hospitality to residents, guests and employees as first impression.
• Answer phones courteously and direct visitors to ensure proper procedures.
• Keep lobby/front porch area clean and welcoming.
• Assist with lobby activities and weekend/evening events when traffic is light.
• Assist with other general office tasks as needed.
