University Retirement Community in Eugene is seeking a friendly Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, guests and vendors. You will deliver outstanding customer service and provide basic administrative support in a welcoming, professional environment.

This role offers Saturday/Sunday 1 to 9pm, $18.00 per hour DOE, and benefits including dental and vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask with professionalism.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, guests, visitors, and vendors.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with accuracy.
• Monitor visitor access and sign-in procedures.
• Support data entry, filing, scheduling, and mail distribution.
• Assist residents with questions and community information.
• Maintain an organized reception area.
