Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and support residents at our Scottsdale community.

The weekend schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 8am-2pm; you will assist residents, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming lobby environment. A High School diploma and customer service experience are preferred, with strong communication and the ability to work independently.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in an office environment, answering phones, or customer service preferred.
• Technology skills are important.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong communication skills are critical. You will need to be able to work with potential residents, current residents, family members, and team members.

Aufgaben

• Greet and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful way
• Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate
• Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area
